How is everyone doing? This week was super crazy! It all started when we went to Rosario! Yup, Hermana Cerna had to do things for her DNI, or her identification to stay in Argentina, so we went Tuesday in the night and were in Rosario basically all day Wednesday. We met some missionaries from the mission Santa Fe because they have to come to Rosario to do all this paperwork so we talked to a few of them and MAN am I old! hahahaha but really, they all had like three months or two and I´m here all like, “Yeah, I have 14…” haha but it was fun to meet them all and see how much that part of Argentina has changed and how the mission president is running everything over there.
Then, Saturday we had a service project, we sanded and painted a rehabilitation center for kids with special needs that are in wheelchairs and all the preisthood went and put in a fence and fixed a couple things like that and it was SO fun! My arm was killing me by the end of the day but I was so happy to help and it was fun to be with all the members and work alongside them and meet this lady who runs this center. She´s AMAZING. And she was showing us some of the tools and machines they use to help these special people and what she does everyday to help them and it´s amazing the technology that we have today to help them be more comfortable and progress in the things that they can do. There is a cute little girl who can´t read or write but she can play the piano like no other! It was great to see this as well. There was an adorable girl named Noelia and ah. It was great!
This week was super crazy but I learned a lot just like I always do! haha It was crazy because when we went to Rosario we had a LOT of time before our bus left so we went and visited the hermanas that work right next to the terminal and I got to see hermana wood!!!!!!! haha the crazy part….we made it to 9….10…11….12….13….and 14 MONTHS together!!!!!!!! hahah BUT that is kinda the sad part. With Hermana Cerna….we both put it together that I only have two transfers left and it made me like WHAT? hahaha It´ll be interesting! haha
Anyways, I hope you are all having an awesome time! I´ll keep you all in my prayers and also keep the people of Chile in your prayers, after that terrible earthquake that happened!
